Here in the U.S. we tend to be skeptical about our political leaders and support them or not support them depending on whether they agree with our views. However the Shinbashira is determined not by popular vote, but by God the Parent through Oyasama from the first Shinbashira. We will be discussing the significance of Shinbashira’s position and his visit in the June Monthly Service sermon, this Sunday, June 9 at 10am.
