Many thanks to Jean & Bob Bullen (Uncle Carl’s wife Karen’s sister and brother in law) for their donations of a full size bed, TV, night stand and dresser and to Rachel Haymer and AJ Treigle for their donations of a queen size bed and computer desk. These items were just delivered tonight to a needy family in the Palolo low-income homes who had virtually no furniture in their apartment! I wish you were all there to see their happy faces. They couldn’t thank me enough, saying, “Thank you, Pastor Owen!” over and over!
They were procrastinating on submitting their kids’ spring camp application for which I was reminding them, but with today’s “gifts” they submitted their application right away! Four of them will be attending! Hallelujah!
